FenlowA low sun on a flat horizon.

Grid flexibility: shifting home batteries and EV charging away from the peak.

Concept project. Fenlow is a fictional company. This identity is self-initiated work by Ikonra Studio, made to show how we would approach a brief like this. It is not client work, and the brief below is imagined.

(01)

Imagined brief

Fenlow pays households to let it decide when their home batteries and EV chargers draw power, moving demand away from the evening peak. The imagined brief: a brand ahead of a Series B that energy traders and ordinary households can both trust.

No leaves, no lightning bolts. It needed to look like infrastructure that happens to be good news.

(02)

Approach

The F starts as a curve and settles into a flat line, which is what Fenlow does to demand. The middle arm is a horizon with a low sun resting on it, a nod to the flat fenland the name comes from and to the evening hours the product protects.

Archivo at a wide setting gives the wordmark a civic, engineered feel. Peat, reed and low-sun amber stand in for the usual climate greens.

(03)

Construction

Drawn on a 10-unit grid so the symbol stays exact from a 1024 px app icon down to a 16 px favicon.

Fenlow shifts when your battery and EV charge, and pays you for the flexibility.

Applications

The brand where a funded company actually lives: inside the product, on the website, in the deck and on the launch post. Names and figures in the interface are illustrative.
